The ETH was designed around the most commonly used tourniquets (CAT & SOFT-T). With our dual hook & loop flap, there is nowhere our ETH won’t mount. Very heavy duty. The Velcro is thick and high quality. The elastic is heavy duty as well. It’s a very snug fit. I’m pretty confident you would not lose the TQ. It keeps the TQ out of the way leaving more room in the ifak. Stitching is what it needs to be.
