Protect your shoulders with the Genesis Deltoid Protection Attachment from Chase Tactical
The GENESIS deltoid protection attachment is designed to be used with the GENESIS Plate Carrier to add should protection when needed. The deltoid attachment can easily be donned and doffed by a simple snap which secures the deltoid protection. There is an adjustment strap as well which will either raise or lower the deltoid attachment as needed. The deltoid attachment does accept soft armor which is sold separately. Deltoid Protection attachment is sold in a set of 2.

As mentioned in previous comments the straps do slide on the plate carrier but for me I believe that helps with some mobility since the straps only go forward or back like drawing out of a Holster and punching out which I was able to do with really no difference from before attaching the shoulder armor on my carrier

These fit on most plate carrier shoulder straps, including my LBT, and the attachments seem to fit over the shoulders fine. Might be an issue if your shoulders are gigantic Canon balls. Everything from Chase Tactical is well made. I have yet to get the armor for them, but the soft armor should fit fine.
