The Combat Application Tourniquet ® is the official U.S. Army Tourniquet, proven 100% effective by the U.S. Army’s Institute of Surgical Research. It includes key features like a reinforced windlass, single routing buckle for faster application, and NAR’s Red Tip Technology® for visual cues during use.
