The Chase Tactical Striker Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH) is designed according to the latest US Military requirements, utilizing the most advanced ballistic protection against handgun ammunition. The shell of this tactical helmet is composed of multi-layered advanced composite; The harness assembly consists of a suspension retention system with dial knob.
The reduced profile enables a wider peripheral and upward field of view, for better situational awareness and unrestricted movement, and also accommodates protective goggles, night vision goggles (NVG), and a communication system. WILCOX Three Hole Shroud now comes as a standard item!
Striker Level IIIA ACH Tactical Helmet Features
- Protection Level: Level IIIA according to NIJ 0106.01 including Frag protection according to MILSTD 662F.
- NIJ Standard 0106.01: Tested and verified to meet or exceed ballistic resistance as specified under NIJ 0106.01
- Materials: Kevlar® fibers and thermoset resin shell construction.
- Helmet Pad: Comes standard with D3O 7-point helmet pads.
- Included Accessories: WILCOX Shroud, Bungee Retention Strap, Hook & Loop Strip, and Suspension Retention System with Dial Knob harness system.
- Circumference: Measure around head, similar to hat sizing. All sizes are measured in inches. If a measurement falls on a dividing line between sizes, select the larger of the two sizes. Reason: Maximum Ballistic Protection.

I accidentally ordered the wrong style cut but as soon as I realized it sent an email to the sales dept. explaining my issue. IMMEDIATELY the next morning the issue was fixed and received a phone call from the manager of sales stating that the issue had been solved. I highly recommend buying gear from this site, they’re very professional and very friendly. This is my first ballistic helmet and I really like it! I got the high cut in ranger green. The sizing was accurate, fits great. I love the adjustable retention. Also love that it is made in the USA! It seems to be extremely high quality. The only negative is my Wilcox G24 NVG mount would not fit into the shroud without filing the inside edges of the shroud toward the front (this is the only reason I’m not giving it a 5). I saw another review that had an issue with this too. I did get it to fit but decided to purchase the Wilcox three-hole shroud with lanyard anyway and am glad I did. The screw holes, of the Wilcox shroud, line up perfectly with the holes in the helmet, and it fits the Wilcox mount perfectly, as expected. And if you are going to use the Wilcox mount you probably want the lanyard anyway. It does add to the final cost, but I think it is worth it. You know you have some weight on your head but if you want something lighter, like an Ops-core or Team Wendy, add 50 to 100 % to the cost. I would recommend this helmet!

Great helmet especially for the price. Fits as advertised and authorized for use by my unit, most importantly it looks cool or otherwise what’s the point? The chinstrap is kind of crappy, similar to the old foliage ACH chinstrap where you have to pull a strap flapping around to adjust then tape it. I would want an updated occipital dial CAM set with similar to what they are issuing RFI now.
