The SOCC is a low-profile plate carrier that is fully adjustable on the shoulders for size and offer full concealability. The shoulder straps of this plate carrier are made with extremely durable Hypalon. The sides are made from double layer Mil-Spec elastic and incorporate 2 internal pouches on each side which can hold mag pouches and/or radio.
The sides are fully adjustable for girth by way of hook & loop closure. The front incorporates a large hook & loop area for placards and 2 vertical clips which will accept a variety of pre-configured weapon-specific pouch panels.

More top notch gear from Chase. The concealed carrier is perfect for discreetly carrying 5.56 mags (6) in total 3 per side. You can hang a placard on the front and carry even more if you need to. I’m using it for covert purposes.

I wore this carrier to a match and was very pleased with its performance. The shoulder straps stayed extremely comfortable over 7+ hours of wear, in and out of vehicles. The cummerbund pouches held mags tight to the torso, and the elastic gave me good maneuverability, including in unorthodox shooting positions for long gun and handgun. The buckles are compatible with standard front panels – I can confirm they fit the Daeodon series.
For my purposes, I prefer this carrier to both my “DL” and “Veritas” carriers – even though those two are meant for very different purposes. I found that the SOCC did what both of them are supposed to do, and did it better. So, this is now my go-to carrier.

WOW!!! This SOCC plate carrier is exactly what I was looking for. A low profile concealable carrier that can accept placards. And on sale for $100!!! The construction of this carrier is very nice. All the stitching looks great. The hook and loop panels are very tough and holds a placard well. The elastic cummerbunds are very comfortable, with and without magazines in them. It’s nice that there are the 4 magazine pouches in the cummerbunds. It gives you the ability to carry 4 more mags with a placard setup or just have them in as a slick setup. There are also a few other spaces in the cummerbund that you can store stuff in. The Hypalon shoulder straps are comfortable and have plenty of adjustment in them. Where I have them adjusted there is some hook exposed that does rub on the front of my shoulder. I feel like the loop should have been on the front of the strap but maybe there is a bigger reason it’s setup the way it is. I might find some low profile shoulder pads to wrap over the hypalon shoulder straps anyways. Not a huge deal… The carrier in size Large accepted BoTach Level 4 11×14 plates snug like a glove. The plates do not move around at all! I used an AWS MOLLE dangler panel on the back hook and loop to run a S.O. Tech Viper Flat Ifak A1. It puts the IFAK right under the back plate dangling in the small of my back. Very comfortable and ambi accessible access. I’m using a Unobtanium Gear D.R.I.P. Placard with swift clips. The clips on the SOCC work well together and they fit like they were meant to be. I already have been eyeballing the Chase Tactical Joey Utility Pouch for the front of this rig. If your in the market for a low profile carrier don’t shy away from this one! Buy with confidence! Thanks Chase Tactical for a great product at a great price!!!
