The fully adjustable Special Operations Concealable Low Profile Plate Carrier (SOCC) by Chase Tactical
The SOCC is a low-profile plate carrier that is fully adjustable on the shoulders for size and offer full concealability. The shoulder straps are made with extremely durable Hypalon. The sides are made from double layer Mil-Spec elastic and incorporate 2 internal pouches on each side which can hold mag pouches and/or radio.
The sides are fully adjustable for girth by way of hook & loop closure. The front incorporates a large hook & loop area for placards and 2 vertical clips which will accept a variety of pre-configured weapon-specific pouch panels.

I was looking for a lightweight plate carrier and man has this one ever fit the bill…my Hailey Strategic DC3 fits securely and I can strip it down to the 3 mag carrier here if I like..very versatile and I like it a lot that is well made and comfortable to wear.

Not sure if the operations will be special but the carrier is great – fits as advertised – the elastic cummerbund holds mags, icom sized radios, multi tools etc and keeps all out of the way – added a front panel for mags secure fit for sure – great product and great customer service when I had pre order questions.
